Forms/Process for volunteer application will be posted in January.


If your forms are not received by the deadline you may forfeit the discount your child receives toward the cost of camp.

Our Summer Camp Programs are very successful due to the strong commitment from our volunteers. We have both lay and clergy volunteers working along side our dedicated staff. We are very thankful for your ministry.

All volunteers are subject to background checks and training.

As a ministry of the Baltimore-Washington UM Conference we follow Safe Sanctuaries Policy.

Please take time to review this annually as policies and procedures are updated each year.

MANDATORY ATTENDANCE

Happens prior to the start of camp on Sunday afternoon at 1:30pm.   This training session will review any last minute scheduling details,  health practices, emergency procedures and other details specific to your program or week.
