Sports – Being in shape is key to playing any sport. Each day will include some fitness training and conditioning. Campers will play a variety of sports including soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, kickball, capture the flag, touch football, basketball and more!

Drama/Performing Arts – Campers will learn and be exposed to a variety of “performing arts” including juggling, improve skits, and magic.

Fishing – Hone your fishing and crabbing skills on the waters and tributaries of the Chesapeake Bay. Campers will fish from the shoreline, from camp boats and take an all day charter trip. They will get to try their hand at trot line crabbing as well as chicken necks from the dock. If experience from the past holds to form, we will catch enough for a huge fish fry for the whole camp. Campers should bring their own rod and tackle. Equipment will be provided on the charter trip. A $50 extra fee applies for the day long charter.

Kayaking/Canoeing – Experienced or novice, this activity will provide campers with instruction and practice kayaking on the West River and include a day trip on the Patuxent River.

Music – Campers will sing and perform a variety of styles including pop, rock, gospel, sacred, and contemporary Christian music. Campers will share their work in the evening worship and with parents at the end of the week in a special program.

Sailing – Campers will learn the basics of sailing on 24’ Rainbow day sailers including terminology, points of sail, rules of the road and knot tying. Campers will handle the tiller, rig the boats and trim the sails.  The week will also include a long day trip out into the Chesapeake Bay.
